OYSTER MUSHROOMS, GROWN BY YOU: Our beginner-friendly oyster mushroom countertop kits make growing your own mushrooms so easy! Just open the front of the box, cut an “X” into the plastic bag, spray with water 2-3 times a day, and watch them grow! (See additional care instructions for dry climates).
GROW LARGE CLUSTERS: Each 4 lb kit should produce 0.5-1.5 lbs of fresh delicious mushrooms your first harvest. Most kits will continue growing after the first flush (although each subsequent harvest will be slightly smaller.) See instruction booklet for details.
YOUR FIRST HARVEST IN 14-21 DAYS: On average, it will take 7-14 for your kit to begin “pinning.” From there, your baby mushrooms will grow rapidly with proper humidity and temperature. Once your mushroom caps begin to flatten, it’s time to harvest your kit!
